Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery though depending upon your location, your order could reach you sooner. Please note that UPS or FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. A street address is required for a "Ship To" address on all orders.

In household items we do not. All household merchandise offered by Best Coffeemakers is brand new and factory fresh.
Commercial refurbished items are possible upon request in some product lines like Bunn-o-matic, though they are not returnable. You would need to contact us via email or phone for a quote.
What do I do if I have a defective product?
Best Coffeemakers makes no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are between the manufacturer and the customer. In the rare case there is a problem with an appliance or coffeemaker, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you need information on how to contact the manufacturer of your product. We will do all we can to help get your problem resolved in a timely fashion. Best Coffeemakers does not accept returns on used appliances, coffeemakers or any product we sell.
What is the return policy?
Our company offers coffeemakers and kitchen appliances at the absolute lowest prices possible to our customers. All merchandise offered by Best Coffeemakers is brand new, factory fresh and factory sealed. Although we offer pre-sales advice and recommendations via this website, it is ultimately up to the customer which coffeemaker or appliance will be best suited for them.
Returns are only accepted with an authorization number issued by our company. All authorized returns must be unused in the sealed original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories) . Because we cannot resell products that our customers have used, only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way it cannot be returned. All authorized returns must be authorized within 3 days and must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with your authorization number posted on the outside of the package within 14 days. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus initial shipping costs that were incurred by the seller. If you meet the above guidelines, you may request an authorization number/proper return address by e-mailing with your name, the date of purchase, product description and reason for the return request. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Do you have a print catalog?
No. Best Coffeemakers is an environmentally friendly company, and we do not wish to add to the landfills or take up more resources (trees). Our company catalog is online only. You may print out the pages you have an interest in.
