IMPORTANT UPS CHANGES for order cancellations that have shipped
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but not delivered, you will need to accept delivery and then pay to ship the order back to our warehouse via a UPS location. You will need to get the RMA# from us to post on your package for it to be accepted. You will need to ship the order back from the closest UPS location near you and give us the UPS tracking number for the shipment. The reason for this is UPS is now charging the shipping to and from a refused delivery location. Unfortunately, although we offer free shipping, if you refuse delivery of an order from our company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways as well as the 20% restocking fee for the returned order.
If you need to cancel your order, you will need to inform us via phone within 30 minutes of the time you placed the order Monday-Friday to avoid the UPS/FedEx shipping charges as well as our restocking charges.
If you order on the weekend, we still must know within one hour to avoid the 5% credit card cancellation fee charge. We must know of your cancellation before 8 AM Monday morning to avoid shipping and restocking charges.

All returns must meet the return guidelines stated above and require authorization before shipping back. Any returns received without authorization will be REFUSED. When placing your order, please also make sure your shipping address is correct as UPS/FedEx now charges us $12 to correct an incorrect shipping address.
