Appliance Return Policy

Our company offers appliances at the absolute lowest prices possible to our customers. All merchandise offered by Best Coffeemakers is brand new, factory fresh and factory sealed. We do not sell refurbished, factory seconds or used units unless requested. Although we offer pre-sales advice and recommendations via this web site, it is ultimately up to the customer which appliance will be best suited for them. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, therefore it is important that you research and know the product you are ordering before you order.

Best Coffeemakers makes no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are between the manufacturer and the customer. In the rare case there is a problem with an appliance, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you need information on how to contact the manufacturer of your product.

Returns

Returns* are only accepted with an authorization number issued by our company. (*Note exception: L’Equip Juicer Parts and Omega Juicer Parts have a non-refundable policy.) All authorized returns must be unused in the original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories). Because we can not resell products that have been used, only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way it can not be returned. All authorized returns must be made within 3 days and must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with your authorization number. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus initial shipping costs incurred by seller will apply. Provide your name, order number, the date of purchase, product description and reason for the return request. Order cancellations that have shipped but not delivered are also subject to a 20% restocking fee plus initial shipping costs incurred by seller will apply. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

Refurbished items are not returnable or refundable.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to do so within 30 minutes of ordering to insure the order does not ship. You may attempt to contact us to cancel an order at any time, but there is no guarantee that you will have reached us in time for the order to be cancelled.

If you do not reach a live person, please leave a message AND EMAIL cancellation as well. Order cancellations are also subject to at least a 20% restocking fee even if they have not shipped. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

IMPORTANT UPS CHANGES for order cancellations that have shipped 01/01/06

If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but not delivered, you will need to accept delivery, get an RMA number, and then pay to ship the order back to our warehouse via a UPS location. You will need to ship the order back from the closest UPS location near you and give us the UPS tracking number for the shipping. The reason for this is UPS is now charging the shipping to and from a refused delivery location. Unfortunately, although we offer free shipping, if you refuse delivery of an order from our company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways as well as the 20% restocking fee for the returned order.

If you need to cancel your order, you will need to inform us via phone within 30 minutes of the time you placed the order to avoid the UPS shipping charges as well as our restocking charges.

When placing your order, please also make sure your shipping address is correct as UPS now charges $12 to correct an incorrect shipping address. We will have to pass this charge on to our customers if the address is proven incorrect by the customer. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
